The trouble with TV is that everyone can see that you are old....

On radio it can be a giveaway of your age when you let it slip that you think an Android Tablet is medicine for a Robot. On TV there are many more subtle clues. When you sit down it is too fast, but when you get up it is too slowly.
Here is a checklist of things to avoid when on tv....

Dont sound too knowledgeable about valves,barreters,heaters,trf

Dont keep moving your hair to hide the rapidly thinning patch.

Dont admit that you thought that Surface Mount was a Retirement Home.

Dont mention the War. Especially the First World War.

Dont admit that you know nothing about digital.

Dont mention more than one of your illnesses at a time

Dont admit it when you forget your own call sign.

Dont nod off waiting for Colins' over to end.
